Just terrible all the way around 37th st😡
Carpet was completely disgusting when we moved in. We just moved out and they are trying to blame the carpet on us. Before we moved in there was 15 animals in the house with the other residents and they never cleaned up. Now BPM is trying to blame the carpet on us and make us pay for it. There were also problems with the plumbing and the bathroom floor. The bathroom tile was off and they came to fix the plumbing. After they fixed it they only put part of the tile back on and afterwards the plumbing was still messed up.
I would not recommend leasing from this agency unless you absolutely have to. Our original lease was with a different company and got transferred to Balanced. They told us they would not charge us for rent August because we found tenants to take over in August. Well they lied and tried to charge us full rent, threatened to lower our credit score, and turned us over to collection attorneys. They backed down to a pro rated rate for the month of August for us after I called their attorneys and my co-tenant emailed them that we ... read more
As a current tenant I have recently experienced a situation in my rental home that required this company’s immediate attention. First I contacted their emergency help line where my information was taken and was told that I would receive a call the next day. When I did not, I contacted the main office and was told that because my house was not on fire or flooding that my situation was not considered an emergency. Yet, there is a hole in my roof that allowed a raccoon to enter the attic and die which has resulted in a foul odo... read more
