Called to get an appoint and the front office was not helpful and I caught her in a lie. I asked for a specific therapist and she said she was “not taking new clients”. When I asked for another therapist she said they only have two and the therapist I was talking about was not one of them. When I asked her about it she said well, she’s “transitioning out”.
