Came in after dealing with lower back and hip pain that kept me up at night and would not settle from stretching. Just had my first acupuncture appointment with Dr. Brone yesterday and for the first time since Covid, had the best nights rest! I went to see Dr Brone today in such pain my left shoulder blade was hurting so bad & sending muscle spasms everywhere. I had texted him and someone canceled so my luck was good I walked in bent over in pain (he use to treat me for lower back pain) And he used his machines which basically tells you what’s out of wack (I would call it an easy MRI it tells you what’s going on in your body for one: where your pain is coming from Thank You Dr Brone I was able to walk out of the office standing straight up with no pain as you alw... read more
I traveled to the Outer Banks with my 80 year old mother this month for the first time. We had such a great time, until I stubbed my big toe one evening on concrete. As a bodyworker movement educator, my own body is my tool and when things go wrong it's quite scary.
