I went from 4 packs a day to a Non-Smoker..... here is how. I tried the patch, the pill, hypnosis, the little computer that tells me when I can have my next cigarette (it is still laying along the side of I-44 someplace). The ear thing..nothing worked...then my doctor dropped off his computer for repairs and he said "Ya want to quit smoking?"
