The best massage and body work ever. I've been seeing Karen for over two years and she is amazing. She has a gift for knowing where your body needs attention. I have seen her multiple times with injuries from working out and she has known the exact spots without me telling her anything (I've tested her a few times with this and she always knocks it out of the park). I’ve been seeing Karen at Balanced Health Therapeutics for over two years now, usually every other week and sometimes even more often. I’m so grateful I found her. She has an incredible ability to find tension, pain, and scar tissue you do not even realize you’re carrying. I have been Karen's client for almost two years now. She has been treating me primarily for lower back pain. I noticed an improvement in my condition from my very first visit and I have found that if I see her regularly I can have a pretty pain free life. I had the pleasure of working with Karen as she was a great health/wellness coach. She gave me many strategies to try to combat my sleep interruptions as well as dealing with stress in the workplace.
