I had a very positive experience with my microneedling treatment on my neck and chest. Emily, the aesthetician who treated me was extremely knowledgeable and clearly skilled in her work. She took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed before we began. Her bedside manner was genuinely kind and calming, and she was very easy to talk to throughout the entire appointment. I had the best experience at Alma Esthetics with Kelsey! She did my forehead Botox and lip flip, and I honestly love every bit of it. She made the entire process so comfortable and basically painless, which helped calm my nerves so much. The results turned out amazing — natural, smooth, and exactly what I wanted.
