Sadly, we had outdoor equipment damaged by a landscape crew, spoke with the Lombard office and Josh who was the supervisor in the area. We were assured equipment would be replaced, and we sent photos of the damage multiple times. However they stopped responding to follow up messages, and have not replaced the damaged equipment.
Your drive attempted to cut me off and run me off the road. I have the video footage if you are interested. US dot 2301103. Plate 463186. Once driver managed to pass me they speed aggressively.
The staff is friendly, communicative, and easy to work with while providing quality service in a timely fashion.
Great Company to work with. We use BE for our HOA lawn care, tree landscaping and landscaping maintenance/design. Taylor especially is a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and always gives us a timely response with any questions we may have. I highly recommend them to any one looking for any type of lawn care or landscaping needs!
