My final scheduled appointment was canceled by Dr. Mudd. Afterward, I made multiple attempts by phone, text, and email to reschedule, but I never received a response or another appointment. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to continue treatment, I was left without communication regarding my care and concluded that our therapeutic relationship had abruptly ended. This was my experience.
