I had my system installed with Balanced Comfort and had paid for their bi-annual maintenance service to keep up my warranty. The technicians only wipe off the cabinets and replaced the system with undersized filters, no correct maintenance was included in the service. Then they said we installed the wrong filters, even though their technician was installing the wrong filters. Be aware of this company. I recently had a motherboard replaced and the heater was working. A month later the cooling system wasn’t working. Balanced Comfort stated that they were going to charge the service fee of $89 and would not be able to come out until the next day. I informed them that it is the motherboard but BC stated it is a cooling issue. Called a different company out for a second opinion and they found that the BC technician did not connect the cooling line. I called BC twice (3/18/26 & 3/25/26) to speak with... read more

Had new air ducts and insulation replaced. Jose Lopez did an excellent job, made sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. Very satisfied and they were very friendly. Thank you Jose for your hard work. I know it wasn’t easy.

They were able to come out the same day and got my AC blowing cold air again. Thomas Carrolll had excellent customer service. He explained everything very well and in a way that was easy to understand.
