Our AC broke during an extreme heat alert. Joey from Balance Comfort came right away. We needed a new system, but they set us up with big room coolers to help keep us cool. Early the next morning Raul and an amazing crew came and installed everything, including new duct work. They worked tirelessly during the extreme heat and finished up shortly after 6:00. I had my system installed with Balanced Comfort and had paid for their bi-annual maintenance service to keep up my warranty. The technicians only wipe off the cabinets and replaced the system with undersized filters, no correct maintenance was included in the service. Then they said we installed the wrong filters, even though their technician was installing the wrong filters.
