Had new air ducts and insulation replaced. Jose Lopez did an excellent job, made sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. Very satisfied and they were very friendly. Thank you Jose for your hard work. I know it wasn’t easy.
Very untrustworthy company. Had them come out to check our HVAC system for a freon leak. Before coming out I confirmed with manager that there would be no diagnostic fee. When technician visited he crafted an estimate of over $3000 in repairs, which were not needed. I had 3 other companies inspect the system and none of them recommended any of the repairs they recommended. In fact 1 year later after not doing anything the system is still running totally fine. This company has really declined in service and ability. I admit I am very frustrated as I have spent over 20k here. First we had our air conditioner and furnace replaced. Their communication and reviews had me sold. Then when they installed the equipment it didn't match what we paid for. The error was recognized by me and they offered me an extended warranty as a result. Due to their great service during this time I felt like they resolved my issue. Called Balance comfort to unclog 2 sinks. Based on the ratings I was expecting a good experience. Technician showed up. Mentioned he couldn't do anything about it. Charged a $75 show up fee and sent an estimate of $14K to replace all piping in the house, along with upgrading the entire shower system($5k). I ended up going with a smaller company that charged $200 and my issue is resolved.
This is my rental property. I felt we were in good hands when Brittany explained the details of correcting the issue. She was patient, polite, professional and completed the job in a respectful amount of time. I am happy but more important my tenant is happy. Once again Balanced Comfort has come thru for us.
