Balance Wellness Studio has every class I've ever wanted to take, and the massage therapy is phenomenal. Neely and her colleagues go above and beyond. They are very educated about the systems of the body and know exactly what you need to be healthy and without pain.
Trust me. Take the beach yoga when offered. What a great way to connect with the earth and the beautiful surroundings of the island and ocean. The best way to start the morning.

Balance is the perfect word for this place! They have everything! Massage, yoga, dance, meditation and reflexology. Give balance a call. You will love it too!
I have enjoyed the Align and Flow class on Saturday morning with Karen twice now, and I really enjoyed it. Great practice, as always with Karen. Rhonda has an amazing touch with her Reflexology, and I highly recommend her! If you haven't tried it, you owe it to yourself. It is wonderful!
