Absolutely the best yoga place on the island. Please go to the Recovery yoga class. It is on Tuesdays at 12:30 and lead by Dawn. Don’t let the name of the class confuse you. It’s a class for anyone and everyone. And if you happen to be in recovery from anything( health issues, addiction issues, grieving) then you will walk away from this class a new person. The class is filled with compassion and grace. Best class ever. Spread the word.
Great indoor SUP class, super fun and challenging!
I just came from my first yoga class at Balance Wellness!! It was wonderful!! � I'm a novice and am looking for both a body and spiritual experience. Pat's Body & Breathe is a perfect fit for me! My body and spirit are so relaxed now. The movements stretched me and challenged me to be with my body as we moved. At 63 I'm so happy to be trying yoga!! Thank you!! ��
