It was my first time at the center, complaining about vertigo, and was greeted with open arms and a wonderful therapist within 10 minutes. I couldn’t believe the results in such a short time. Vertigo virtually gone within one hour!
Great communication and take their time with you. Made me feel at ease and very comfortable. After just one session I felt a difference. DR Washington is a true gem.
The Balance & Vestibular Center, specifically Isom and Megan, are truly AMAZING! They are both extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, and care about their patients' recovery. I came in with horrible vertigo, and they took me through testing, education, and treatment to get me right side up (literally!). They are experts in the VPPV technique and were instrumental in my recovery.
Megan is outstanding. I was 95% improved after only 2 sessions.
Walked in feeling terrible with Vertigo, walked out almost better. Next day back to my old self. Staff very kind. Dr was so patient and informative. I always felt like I was in good hands
