RecommendedWe’re in a dog-friendly room that is like the Taj Mahal compared to other pet-friendly establishments we’ve stayed at. The staff are courteous. The grounds are beautiful and the views spectacular.
Balance rock is a beautiful Inn with wonderful staff! Our room was amazing and unique with a sauna, telescope and a ladder that led to the roof top balcony with the most amazing views! The breakfast was delightful as were the other guests! We truly enjoy every second of our stay!

Just came off our honeymoon high, and couldn’t wait to share a rave review of this incredible place. We love that it’s owned by a family and the head chef is just incredible. Food was fantastic. We stopped in for cocktails at sunset and were stunned by the gorgeous view and beautiful setting. Wish we had known about the inn prior to our stay. We definitely would have booked here. The blueberry-gin cocktail was divine and the Pate was delicious.
Beautiful interior, gorgeous views, and unparalleled service. My husband & I stayed two nights for our anniversary weekend and absolutely loved it! Casey at the Veranda Bar is fantastic, as is all the staff we came across!
Delicious! Such well prepared and thoughtful dishes in a lovely atmosphere with great service.
