Phenomenal service. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable They also helped educate us about things we didn’t know about which was above and beyond for a pool closing in my opinion. Highly recommend for both pool services and supplies as they have been amazingly helpful helping us troubleshoot any issues we ran into. Other services we have wasted money when they did not listen to the issue and had us buying product that would not solve anything. Balance listens, and helped us actually solve what was going on.

I went to a Pool/Spa store near my home and was treated unprofessional. I was ignored and the owner wouldn't answer some of my questions. I found Balance Pool and what an amazing experience. Eric gave me so much assistance ordered my Spa top, a lift and educated me on best practices for my spa. It was a night & day difference. They give great customer service and worth driving a little further for.
