I'm ecstatic about getting a UV light/Ionizer and steam humidifier installed by Luke and Matt T. of Balance Point Heating (Cooling & Plumbing) of Fort Collins! Courtney was unbelievable... her knowledge, communication skills (explaining technical jargon, differnt warranties, rebates and credits on various brands/models) and her professionalism was very instrumental in assisting me with my furnace and A/C replacement choices / decisions. Balance Point installed a new furnace for me. The communication about everything was great, there was no attempt to upsell anything, and price was very good. I had a question a few months later and their technician Nick came out the next day. His explanations of what was what were extremely good, he listened to and answered all my questions, and even inspected a few other things at no charge.

Luke came to my house in Fort Collins today for a furnace service, I could not recommend balance point more. I have had multiple HVAC companies out over the last few years and now I’ve finally found a good one! Luke was friendly and professional. He explained everything well and gave me quotes on pricing so that I could see multiple different options. Their prices are incredibly fair and they have great communication!

Just got water heater replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service. Jeremiah arrived promptly and was excellent throughout, explaining as he went along and giving a thorough report afterwards. Balance Point also have been excellent, quickly getting an electrician in to fix a wiring issue they discovered with the old heater install. Very happy with the service and communications and a fair price without upselling. A rare gem, I would highly recommend
