We had Jeremiah Sanchez with Balance Point, out for preventative maintenance and Wow! He was not only courteous, friendly and professional, he went so far above and beyond, I am over-the-top impressed. It is hard to find the level of customer service we received today. Jeremiah was very knowledgeable and shared helpful information, tips and suggestions. Jeremiah was a rock star today. I am a CNA and do homecare and I happen to be at my patient's house. While he was there, he was very courteous, he knew what he was talking about. Very. Knowledgeable. He gave them some suggestions to help them better their equipment.
