We bought a new air conditioner and heater with humidifier from Balance Point. They claimed the heater-humidifier would be more than adequate for our square footage. Our house is warm in basement and main floor but cold on second floor in winter. The humidifier has never worked right and service is unable to help. We feel they gave us an out of stock model that their service is unable to fix. We regret having gone with this company especially since they are extremely expensive.
