I have had a few cranial sacral massages at Balance to help me with my headaches and shoulder stress and they were wonderful. Sara is very knowledgeable and seems to know what my body needs to help heal itself.
I can't say enough good things about Balance Orlando. I suffer from sciatic pain and always receive relief after a treatment from Lu. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. If you are looking for a great massage therapist or a Rolfing session, give them a try.

Professional, friendly and the massage was just what I needed. I had received a chair massage several times at different events from the therapists at Balance and enjoyed every minute, I made an appointment for a one hour treatment after having some back cramping and issues with hips since taking up jogging.
