I came to Balance at 30 weeks pregnant, not ever even having a massage before in my life. However I was willing to try anything natural to relieve some achiness I'd been experiencing in my back region mostly. Ever since I've left I have notice bending over, sitting in one position for too long does not hurt or ache anymore. I've been seeing Lu for her Rolfing/ Structural Integration series. Each time I see her, I get better and better. She follows the protocol but includes what my body's asking for as well and gives me homework in order to maximize benefits. Lu does amazing work!

Balance is a high quality, medically sound establishment. I trust them to take care of me and make me feel better. I can't recommend it highly enough. I regularly go to Mimi, who is wonderful, but I have been to several other therapists as well. They are the BEST!

This was my first time at Balance Massage and it truley was a 5 Star experience. I was extremely impressed with Mimi's extensive knowledge & expertise in using different techniques for pain relief. I would not only recommend Balance Massage, but I will be using them exclusively.

My first visit to Balance, was excellent! Mimi, painlessly and with healing expertise brought this old body back to comfort and wholeness in 30 minutes. My wife and i have had massages for over 20 yeras and I was greatly impressed with the confident professionalism of Mimi and all the staff at Balance Massage. Can't wait to return.

I came to see Lu for help with TMJ and migraine issues. I never felt like she was rushing me out to see the next client. She took her time, we had a thoughtful conversation, and she gave me lots of tips for things I could do after treatment to continue getting better. In short, she empowered me to continue feeling better. She asked me lots of questions, told me about her own experiences, and has amazingly strong hands :). I left feeling two inches taller and ten pounds lighter :).
