FANTASTIC MASSAGE & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE – wow, what a treat. I just had the most amazing massage at balance. As soon as i walked in i felt tranquility and peace. Best facial I have ever had! – I went to Tanya, she's the main Aesthetician at Balance Day spa. I have to say her facials are quite amazing! I loved the product line she used. She uses mainly Epicuren. She's very thorough when it comes time to do the extractions and also does a great massage! Pamela does great massage too. She's the massage therapist that I gone too before. This place is great!
HORRIBLE Customer Service – If you are looking for relaxation or service, do not try to call or even step foot in this place. Yes, the walls are pretty and the scene is nice.. but thats just paint and decoration. The owners are irresponsible and rude. They do not care that you are happy or satisfied and would rather just shut you up. new MISmanagement hurts – Well, after showing up on the night I scheduled my massage I was informed that the date that ended up in the computer was 4 nights away. I went over the reservations with the receptionist when making my appointment to make sure we were on the same page but yet I ended up getting my massage on sat. eve instead of tues! Affordable massages amongst beautiful surroundings! – I'm new to the Santa Monica area and was looking for a new massage place. I FOUND IT! I thought because it was on Montana Avenue it was going to be expensive but I received a wonderful full hour massage for only $62. I was shocked because you feel as if you are at a day spa but not paying the high price. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is new to the area like me!
