Not probably trained – I went to get my ear coned, they did not use anything to protect the wax from potentially falling on to my skin or hair. They also let me walk out the office and did not clean or put cotton in my ears. After you get your ears coned they are supposed to place something in the ear and use cotton to protect the ear. I was in such discomfort that I forgot all about the procedure, my fault, but they should take a moment to look at the internet. They are also very pricey for ear coning.

friendly, proffesional,fantastic – this spa is wonderful...i would soo highly reccomend it . They also just hired a new therapist , stephanie,who is incredible. best massage i have ever had. ........and I have had MANY. I couldnt be happier, and it is so worth the money here. no bells and whistles, have to go somewhere else for that, but so often i dont have time for that anyway. This is my new favorite place!!!!!! Amazing Facial – My first facial in 3 yrs mostly because it's hard to find a skilled facialist. I found her. Barbara at Balance Massage gave me the best facial of my life. I think she's been doing it for like, 30 yrs or something. Her hands are healing at the end I was both glowing and felt re-energized. Truely a gifted individual. Thank you

By Far Best Massage – Ok, usually don't do this stuff but couldn't resist. I had the facial and massage combo. My god, WHAT A TREAT!!!!!!!!! I've never gotten such a feel good experience and so reasonable!! You must do this.

Ear Coning made easy – Santa Monica has the best of everything including my favorite experience yet in coning. A 90 minute trip into the ethers......I sort of left my body I think during the session. My whole brain came out along with a ton of crud.

Ear Coning blew my mind! – I've been looking for a place to get coned for ages. My friend told me about Balance and I found it to be an unexpected treat. What a surprise.........friendly, clean, and good prices. What a thrill. And tons of wax came out. Sorry to be graphic but, yikes! But a pleasant, relaxing experience. My new best gift to give is an earconing session at Balance.

BEST MASSAGE IN TOWN!! – I highly recommend you treat yourself to a visit to Balance. I just recently had a massage there and it was out of this world....I didn't want to leave. I've had a lot of massages and the therapists there are top notch. The atmosphere is relaxing and tranquil and the facilities gorgeous. Best Massage in town – As a busy man i found this to be the perfect solution for me. I am extremely impressed with the level of massage and service i received at this place and of course totally wowed by the price. I would most defineatly recommend a massage here. I also found an amazing acupuncturist and herbologist under the same roof which was a bonus for me.
