In Balance Homecare, communication is a major strength here; the office staff is always available to answer questions or address emergencies immediately. There is a genuine sense of team effort and respect for our professional judgment out in the field. It is a wonderful environment where both the staff and the client are treated like family.
Transportation is not good. It’s always something. They almost dropped my mom more than twice. It doesn’t give professional. I could say more but I will take that up with bbb
