The gym looked like it would have been cool, but it doesn't exist anymore at this location.
4 stars for the gym and admin staff themselves but 10 stars for Abby the personal trainer!!!! She is amazing and always listened to everything I had to say like when I was in pain or unusually tired. She helped me learn so much about the body and nutrition and creating healthy habits. She was by far the best part of the gym and helped me find workouts that fit with my schedule and my physical needs. I hit so many PRs under her guidance and loved working out with her. Awesome gym with great equipment. Everyone is super friendly.
I’ve been a member of Balance for a while. Started with their boot camp classes, progressed to CrossFit, then transitioned to personal training. Great gym!! Ben is a fantastic trainer and look forward to our weekly training session. His functional training focus is a perfect ‘balance’ to lifting in my own. I continue to learn new techniques and modifications to known exercises under his tutelage. Best investment I’ve ever made.
I see Kellyn here, and she's amazing! Highly recommend both her and Balance Gym.
