Balance fitness is a locally owned gym that has 24/7 access. It's name fits the description perfectly as it has a great mix of weights, cardio machines, and weight lifting machines. It's a very friendly atmosphere and is kept very clean. The owner takes pride in the gym and is always open to new ideas. I love this this gym and the atmosphere!
