RecommendedAnyone in Castle Rock looking for a gym, go to Balance Fitness by the Laundromat and McDonalds. New owners, renovations, great atmosphere and equipment, AND one of the owners, Chris, owns a couple of Max Muscle stores and is putting one right in the gym! I signed up with Narvel (another owner) and he was professional and courteous. AND THEY'RE OPEN 24 HOURS!!! Which is great for me because I love my morning workouts. Les gooooo.
Great owners, great gym...locally owned! No purple, and not over populated like 24hour. It is the perfect, "Balance"!
Been my gym of choice in Castle Rock for over a decade. New owners have done a great job of brining it back to form. Would train no place else!

Balance fitness is a clean, pressure free gym with all type of gym goers. The have done recent updates making the Gym open 24 hours with new and updated equimpment. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
