I have come here twice over the last several years and have always received very good attention from Dr. Alloju.
Went with my mother to be seen. Despite wanting to tell my mother’s health history, I let my mother do the talking, as she is the patient and the only who can tell the Dr. what she really feels. The Dr. was very patient as my mother as well kind and attentive. I was very impressed as well as humbled as she treated her like a real human being. That’s scored big with my mother as the older she gets she feels other providers see past her. We will continue our care here and are very appreciate of her staff as well.
I had similar experience on the day one , the reception staff did not pick up the phone for an hour from 9 am -10 am, when i was trying to emergency call them to let them know i had issue with my health and needed emergency help. I came to know that the staff and receptionist do not care to even take your call.
I’ve never seen such a bad office in my life and i work in healthcare. They had me waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes and lied when i asked why they let other people go ahead of me by saying they’re for the eye doctor even though i heard the patient saying that she’s here for endo. When i got to see the doctor she had no clue about my case even though i saw her 4 months ago and i just called her office two weeks ago to request that she sends a lab order for me and even though the lab sent them my result back, she didn’t eve... read more
Edit: My hope with my review was to inform other potential patients before wasting their time and money and also provide feedback to the practice in hopes Dr. Sindura Alloju would reflect and improve.
