The lack of quality of the building has been disappointing for a new home. Ongoing problems, Drainage, plumbing with with solar motor switching on & off for over 10 minutes after flushing, leaks, odours, cracking of concrete, inside & out ,blue tak will rip off the paint on the walls! Backyards not level. Parking bay in front of a bedroom, ridiculous idea was told it was a turning bay. We used Balance Design and Construction to design and build our first home. We are over the moon with the finished result. Being our first home, we were very green to the whole process of buying a block and building a home. The Team at Balance were very accomodating, walking us through process's with insight and advice.
