The lack of quality of the building has been disappointing for a new home. Ongoing problems, Drainage, plumbing with with solar motor switching on & off for over 10 minutes after flushing, leaks, odours from toilets, cracking of concrete, inside & out ,blue tak will rip off the paint on the walls! Backyards not level. Parking bay in front of a bedroom, Ridiculous Idea I was told it was a turning bay.
