The lack of quality of the building has been disappointing for a new home. Ongoing problems, Drainage, plumbing with with solar motor switching on & off for over 10 minutes after flushing, leaks, odours, cracking of concrete, inside & out ,blue tak will rip off the paint on the walls! Backyards not level. Parking bay in front of a bedroom, ridiculous idea was told it was a turning bay. We engaged Balance to design & build our home - cant fault them. Its been a few years now since we moved in and there have been no issues. We had a small concern over some drainage at one point but it turned out to be nothing and Paul was super quick to be onsite to complete exploratory works and put our mind at ease. We found the whole process from the design to choosing colours, styles and materials to be straightforward and their team was always most pleasant and accommodating. Building with Balance was such a great experience. The team were super helpful and John my project manager was brilliant, couldn’t have done it without him. I’ve now been in my home for nearly 2 years and I couldn’t love it more.
