Dr. Gupta took great care of my 90 yr old mom during her first with him. He explained the procedure process thoroughly and patiently answered her questions and addressed concerns. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Gupta and his staff let my 90 year old mother go after dilation even after I called ahead and said she was driving herself to the appointment and shouldn't have her eyes dilated.... she was lost for 10 hours and found crashed near the Wisconsin border. The office did nothing to apologize or take responsibility for this unbelievable error.... I would not go to this doctor.
