Bala helped me close my first property. He is very professional, thorough, and easily reachable. It's usually hard to reach the lawyer directly and you have to go through their assistant, but I was always able to reach Bala directly and he helped answer all of my real estate related questions and he always followed up. It was a smooth process overall and fair prices , I would recommend Bala and go with him again in the future.

Disappointed with the service provided by Bala. First of all, how much a notarized invitation letter would cost you? Somewhat between $75 and $100, you would think. Bala charged me $250 (!!!) without providing a receipt or an invoice stating what services he provided for that price. Additionally, considering the fact that a well composed letter often affects the final decision, twice I had to correct basic grammar! Since I was in a rush, I had no other choice but to accept the letter. One star is too much for this review.
