I prefer the doctor to address me by my name not "Honey"! Also, I never was shown a video or given literature concerning the procedure until I asked. There was a lack of professionalism when I could the staff talking about patients at the front desk. There should be a private office area where the staff discuss things without anyone hearing it. These should be printed literature concerning their procedure. Although, I was told that we live in a technological world; booklets should be available to patients. Mrs. Judy Lowe

I came to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and everything went extremely well! It's now three days after my surgery, and I've experienced nearly no pain at all. I haven't even had to use the painkillers that I've been given, as Ibuprofen has been sufficient. I'd absolutely recommend Bala Institute of Oral Surgery to anyone I know.
