The staff was polite. Service was quick.
Overall, a great welcoming experience. Dental work is never fun but Bala Institute of Oral Surgery always makes me feel comfortable. My second procedure at this office and I will continue to use their services- hopefully will not need them!
You have a great team there, very friendly and welcoming which very much helped me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves. Great experience.
The overall visit was very nice. But when making the appt. I felt the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional .Before i could even get a word out she was cutting me off and referring me to the hospital the Doctor told me would be to long of a wait.i explained that i knew it was his personal office but that was where he asked to see us. She was very unprofessional and i was very apprehensive about driving that far for rude service but the other staff very extremely pleasant.
i didn't receive any discharge paperwork only a script. it would have been nice to be able to refer back to any information to help in my recovery process.
The office is set up nice, however their was no privacy during the consultation. I expect for professionals to discuss medical issues privately (hippa). I was asked my birth date out in the hallway, which made me feel uncomfortable. It would also be convient if you could make payments towards your procedure, instead of paying all in full. All in all my experience was ok. The doctor was specific and informative of the issues that I have.
I was very pleased with the service I Received my only reason why I might not recommend your services to others is because of insurance. You do not accept Medicare and therefore my secondary could not be billed. Also my Delta Dental plan was also not acceptable.
