Beautiful pmace
Great apt condo with high service. huge pool, gym, private fine dining restaurant, and tight security.
The current gm thinks she knows wat she is doing and thers nothing she can do to make the residents happy she hardly ever is seen doing rounds she only appears when its emergency and complains they fired Jeff but the truth of the matter people wore more workers when he was the gm she has David to do all the talking for her becasue her accent won’t let her profoundly be understood by resident the building looks horible they dont tell construction for due dates of projects to be finished she has The Beach Boys struggling with ... read more
I used work in this building for. 25 yes it was absolutely gorgeous When I went to visit a few residents. I Couldn't believe what I saw.What happened to the bulding?It looks awful I used to love to go to work there it was the most beautiful building in Bal Harbour .
