Great doctor. Very kind and caring. Actually takes the time to listen to patients and genuinely cares unlike most others. If it weren't for the fact that I've had the misfortune of seeing a worse office manager in the past, this office manager is the worst one I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Great secretary but office manager's favorite pastime seems to be making your life miserable. Dr. Bakst has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever been to. He listens, is gentle and kind. We need more like him.
Dr. Baskst was very nice. He spend time listening to me to my history. Then he explained what was going on with my symptoms with the history. He was right and very nice. I don't mind that he ran late when he spends time with patients. Very good.
Dr Bakst is very good. Hopefully you do not have to deal with his office manager Gloria. She is very difficult and likely will preclude us from visiting Dr. Bakst again.
Physician is fantastic. Helped solve a unique medical condition of my daughters. His suggestion of a second MRI saved her life. We are forever indebted to this wonderful physician. He is attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for.
The doctor was attentive and thorough. I would recommend him however his office manager is difficult to work with
