Absolutely do not recommend this office. Deceptive and dishonest practices. I scheduled appointments for my kids after being told they don’t take my insurance, but they do accept out-of-network patients with it. What they failed to mention was that it would end up costing us for routine care that would otherwise be covered. When I called for clarification about the bill, I spoke with Lisa, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. First she lied and said my son was 45 min late for his appointment. I am currently a new patient of Scotland Bakke Dental and let me tell you how impressed I am with them! I haven’t had a regular dentist in years and I had called them with a miserable tooth infection…they got me in almost immediately and were so warm and welcoming.
