My first time there, and although I give Bakeshop a 3-star, it is a strong 3-star. I ordered the Snickerdoodle/Strawberry ice cream sandwich. It was good, but I feel that the cookie was a bit on the sweet side. That's my one and only criticism. The thing that impressed me the most was the vegan blondie. Although not a traditional blondie, for obvious reasons, it was absolutely delicious. Moist, full of flavor, the right amount of sweetness...it would truly fool anyone who is not a vegan. I'll be back to check out more items at Bakeshop.

The best Bakeshop around — period. Amazing cupcakes (buttercream frosting is impeccable), cookies, cakes, and more. Their banana pudding is a must-have and I didn’t know how much I liked banana pudding. Their Nutella cream pie is unimaginably good. And their chipwiches (ice cream between cookies) are the absolute best anywhere.
