On April 12 of this year I had an emergency toothache, while the dental team suggested I have a root canal, I chose to have the tooth extracted. It took quite some time for me to freeze and I kept apologizing for taking up so much of their time. Their kind response was that "this is our job and you don't need to apologize". Bakerview Dental Centre handled my broken tooth really quickly. I was very satisfied that I was able to get in immediately. I broke my tooth at around 12:30 pm in the afternoon, got to the dentist, and had the broken tooth piece removed and was out of there by 2:30 pm. Great job Bakerview, the staff were very friendly. They were able to handle my insurance claim immediately. I am completely happy and will go back. I highly recommend Bakerview.
I've been at Bakerview for roughly a year now, and can confidently say they are the best dental experience I've had in my life. In the past I would have panic attacks everytime I visited the dentist. At Bakerview Dental, I can finally attend my dental appointments anxiety free because of there kind, patient and professional staff. Reception staff are dismissive, rude, and disrespectful. I don’t recommend this office. When you have to advocate for yourself you are then told that you are rude and disrespectful.
