Dr. Gephart and the entire staff were so supportive and sensitive to our situation. they got us in for quick appointments and when the day came to say goodbye, they were so compassionate. I am grateful for how amazing they are. and I didn't expect the very special clay piece with her paw prints. thank you for helping my girls and I through this horrible time.
Ever since we found Dr. Reed and the staff at Bakerstown last November, we have never felt more cared for than we do now. The staff at Bakerstown truly cares about the wellbeing of your pets and never fails to remind you of how compassionate they are. No matter how busy they may be, they always make time to care for your pets. There’s no one else I would rather trust with our pugs than this staff. I am beyond grateful for them! There’s no better vet around! Thank you for always giving the best care to our fur babies!
Dr Reed has been our Vet for over 25 years. He and all the staff there are exceptional, and treat us like family members....a combination of professional and love. Yesterday, our 15 1/2 year old Pom fell gravely ill. Without a question, we were fit into Dr Gephart’s schedule right away. Even tho she didn’t know us or Molly, she was SO VERY kind as the decision was made to let her go. We can’t thank the staff at BAH enough....you are very special people!!
Dr Reed and his staff are The Best when it comes to caring for my pets. You can see in the way that they interact with my dogs that they really care and want to help or continue to maintain their health. They really make an effort to make a visit to Bakerstown Animal Hospital an anxiety- free experience for my dogs and for me!
We had our first visit today and already they made us feel loved and welcome. It was like we have been going there for years.
Dr. Reed has been our vet for over 30 years. He is so thorough and treats my pets as if they were his own. Dr. Reed and his staff are very kind people. I wouldn’t go anywhere else ♥️
