I forgot to take out my trash ,I called for them to come by again and take my trash and they gladly did.great service 👍
The city stopped letting you have more than 1 green container free of charge (like the 1st one) and didn't bother to tell us peon residents who pay the taxes. They just stopped collecting more than 1 green container. You have to call them to find out what is going on. Good luck getting through to them on the phone! I was trying to follow up on their signed form I sent a week ago to handle this and have NOT even gotten an acknowledgement they got the signed form. Pathetic. Meanwhile........
Me, along with the rest of my neighbors in the street had our trash bins on the street by Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. It is now Monday, December 1 and none of our bins were collected. I tried calling today to ask what happened but have been on hold for 1.5 hours. Expected nothing more from Bakersfield.
