This company sold me solar supplies they did not actually have in stock, which directly caused me to fail my inspection and lose time and money on my project. When I confronted them about the issue and asked for a refund, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to dodge and manipulate the situation, giving excuses and attempting to push alternative solutions I never agreed to. Our previous solar company went out of business. Our solar stopped working, and we spent months trying to figure out what to do about it. I called multiple solar companies to try and get someone out, but they said they wouldn't do it since it wasn't initially through their company.
