The front desk receptionist is very unprofessional, they don’t know how to do business and they’re VERY RUDE! I scheduled an appointment with their ENT doctor and this appointment was scheduled Dec 15,2025 and I received the text saying my appointment was for Jan 29,2026 at 9am. Got in quickly and had a great experience.
I brought my wife here on 9/30/2025 for an appointment that she had as a new patient. The appointment was scheduled for 2:40 PM. We arrived at approximately 1:30 PM and they promptly accepted her copay. We were hoping that we could get her in as soon as possible so that we could continue our day with more appointments. By 3:30 PM they had called everybody in the lobby except for my wife. I had to leave to take our daughter to a 3:45 PM appointment. My wife called me at 4:00 PM to say she was finally out. The receptionist needs some manners, she’s really rude and not friendly at all !!!!
Dr. Vadapalli is an excellent caregiver. He was the first physician in over a decade that listened to me and addressed the root cause of my issues. The surgical procedure was a breeze. Medically, I have zero qualms about the care. Now…when it comes to the front office/admin staff, that’s another issue. I came to one appointment early. I waited.
