For the price ($30+) and cut of steak/beef, I expected a significantly higher quality product. We ordered the food medium and medium rare and, in both situations the meat was very rough. Also, it lacked in flavor. However, it might have been do to it being Christmas Eve. They did replace the dish but the texture was still rough and dry.
