First appointment went great. I got a quote and I accepted it. Applied for the loan and got accepted. The next guy came to do additional measurements, then I never heard from this company again. Come to find out the company did not like the quote that was given to me because it was too low and they could have charged more, so they decide to disappear and “lose” my profile…

Used Bakersfield Patio Covers to build out our pergola in our backyard. They were fast, professional, and answered all of our questions. I researched several companies and what set Bakersfield Patio Covers apart was the fact that they used steel to reinforce their “aluma-wood” building material. Many other companies charge similar rates for non-steel reindorced designs which are significantly weaker. Will definitely work with them again!
