The staff and care team are super informative. They start each visit with compassion and understanding. I feel so much better about my amputation journey after just one visit! Before I wasn't sure what to expect after my BKA, but now I know what steps are next, what to focus on right now, and the impact of a prosthesis on my future. I had an appointment on July 21. I was measured for a sleeve for my lymphadema. I was told it would take a few days to order the sleeve. I had left 3 or 4 messages and I went into the office. I was told the person who fitted me was out and would call me the next day. I left a message on the managers phone line. The message said, I would receive a return call in 24 hours.
