I had an appointment on July 21. I was measured for a sleeve for my lymphadema. I was told it would take a few days to order the sleeve. I had left 3 or 4 messages and I went into the office. I was told the person who fitted me was out and would call me the next day. I left a message on the managers phone line. The message said, I would receive a return call in 24 hours. they are TERRIBLE CAN NOT get a person on line !!!!!! everything on line .or I think .. need to talk to a live person !!! this not acceptable !!! OBTW shoes I got from them didn't fit !!!
Hi! My name is Amy. I take my dad to his Dr. appointments....he has alot of drs. I do also, thankyou lupus and scleroderma. Between the 2, I have seen my fair share of doctors. My father needs custom made shoes, as he is missing a toe on each foot. He also has a prosthetic knee, which doesnt really bend. We had to get rather creative in order to get his feet scanned for the shoes.
