I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about this company. They claimed they could fix my pool, but ended up making the situation much worse. Instead of resolving the problem, they caused more damage — and then had the nerve to charge me for it. Communication was a nightmare from the start. They almost never answered their phones, and when I did manage to get someone, it was either an excuse or a blame game. Best Pool service I’ve ever had! These guys are the Real Deal! Wouldn’t want to go with anyone else.
Best Service ever. And very a good price
Just started using Bakersfield Pool Service a few months ago and after past disappointing experiences with other pool services, I am very happy with these guys. Great communication, reliable service and the owner has personally come out to trouble shoot our pool system. I highly recommend their service.
