I’m very happy with the results. They showed up on time, were very professional, and explained everything they were doing. My pool hadn’t looked this clean in a long time. The price was fair, and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Bakersfield Pool Services to anyone looking for reliable pool maintenance. I will be using them again.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about this company. They claimed they could fix my pool, but ended up making the situation much worse. Instead of resolving the problem, they caused more damage — and then had the nerve to charge me for it. Communication was a nightmare from the start. They almost never answered their phones, and when I did manage to get someone, it was either an excuse or a blame game.
