Dr. Garcia is honestly the BEST pediatrician there! She is so helpful and in need in results she will personally give you a call back! She is very humble and kind and she makes you feel very comfortable. We are blessed and thankful to have her as my daughters pediatrician!! Wait times are okay, doesn’t get to packed when we go and get called back in less than 20 minutes.
Over an hour wait every appointment. You don’t see a doctor until over 1 hr after your appointment. They really need to schedule accordingly. They schedule so many at once you never get seen at your appointment time. It’s like they think you don’t have anything else to do the day of your appt .
I know it’s the doctor’s job to recommend vaccinations at a specified time and schedule after a baby is born. However not all parents want their baby vaccinated right away. After explaining to the doctor that I wanted to wait to vaccinate my baby, she was very persistent and pushy stating that vaccinations will begin at 2 months and be given on a specific schedule. Sad to say after being a patient of Dr Amins as a child and bringing my oldest two children here for the past 19 years this office just isnt the same. 2 hour wait times and 3 hour appointment times are just inexcusable. I love all of the pediatricians and most of the staff but will definitely be looking for care elsewhere for my new babies.
I love the doctors they take the time to talk to you if you ask questions. But you never know who you are going to get and waiting for 2 hours past your appointment time in a waiting room that's so crowded people have no where to sit is ridiculous! Might be time to look at other options there is never a good reason to wait for that long past the appointment time!
