Excellent care! Mona and Dr. Loh were great and my son was at ease the whole time.
If I could give this office less than one star I would. My experience at this orthodontics office has been consistently disappointing mainly due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of several staff members. The front desk staff, especially Kandi, are shockingly incompetent and speak to patients in a demeaning tone, making the check-in process feel more like a confrontation than a welcome. I really enjoyed my visit, we took my grandson there and Adrianna made the visit so comforting she is really good with kids and i appreciate her for making our visit easy! Definitely would go back to see her again!
I took my granddaughter and it was very nice and clean. The front desk was kind of rude, but nothing major. The dental assistant who helped us was very nice and professional.She had a good attitude and answered all my questions . Adriana was her name. She did a great job she made my granddaughter feel comfortable. I will be taking my granddaughter back because of her.
