I truly wish I could give 0 stars. The unprofessionalism and lack of care towards patients, regardless of whether they have an appointment, is absolutely shocking. I called to reschedule an appointment due to a scheduling conflict, and instead of offering helpful solutions, I was given unnecessary suggestions. The associate told me to contact the pediatrician, as if they had a pediatrics department. Their public clinic here is just amazing, fast service, but even better the staff are passionate, kind, and knowledgeable. They take walk ins early mornings but it’s better to make an appointment. I recommend checking out their website to see what services they offer. Thank you so much!
