I wanted to add that my haircut was not even, and when putting it in a ponytail which she said i definitely could do it was totally lopsided. The way she brushed my hair was so painful and rough, I was told never to brush my hair like she did it would damage it. This is going to be a long one but maby it will help someone if they choose to use the services. I took two months to get into a chair for $299 I was hoping to get a transformation that my friends would notice. The unprofessionalism right at the beginning of our session was off putting.
