Tech couldn’t get my dryer vent clean. Broke my fireplace door which I didn’t realize until today. I wish I hadn’t paid them. They only worked on the chimney from inside because it was windy. They did not reschedule instead. They showed up 20 minutes early. Overall I would say find someone else.
They arrived on time, were very friendly, and got the job done fast. I would highly recommend.
They never arrived for a scheduled appointment. After calling them to check on the arrival time I was told (lied to) twice that one of their guys was on their way. Nobody ever showed up or called.
Well first off the 1 of the guys was smoking on top of my house while sweeping the chimney. The other guy left the vacuum unattended and soot began dropping into the fireplace. Soot flew all throughout the lower level of our house leaving a layer of soot along everything ( including my brand new furniture). It was swept from 1 direction only where as last time I called Bakersfield chimney they swept from the roof and inside the house. If I could figure out how to post pictures I would show the soot collected on the mop pads.
