I've been waiting 3 months foe the parts for my fridge. Repair guy hasnt called me back to give a price has promiswd service week after week, now waiting for a refund. The repair number send out contractors, but even they won't refund my money, they say its up to the repair person. Won't use them again.

What a joke this company is. I wanted a simple diagnostic estimate in writing to submit to my insurance for a display on my stove that was messed up. I told the guys what was wrong and just needed in writing what it would cost to repair or replace. Not only did they not show or even call for the first appointment, they never provided me the estimate but took my $.
