will never order a Thanksgiving pie there again. ordered Apple Pie and it ended up being peach. very disappointing.
Service is wonderful. The food is consistent. Love eating there.
They don’t put your order in then they go hide from you.
Worst experience I have ever had in a chain restaurant. Ordered. 20 minutes later told what I ordered was out. What would I like? Um...to have been told that 15 minutes ago. Employees were far more interested in having a good time with each other than customer service.

Just left after waiting for more than ten minutes with no one coming to serve us. It wasn’t busy, but we could see the waitresses chatting in the back and when we tried to flag the hostess, she somehow overlooked us. We’re off to Perkins.

No juice available at the time I was there. Major disappointment. One person in my party said their food wasn’t perfect. At least they had Pepsi products available to drink.
There were 6 of us. It was a very busy Wednesday evening, like usual. It took a few minutes for someone to be free to seat us, but otherwise everything was great. All our food arrived hot and to order. The waitress, although very obviously busy with another large table, did not rush us and repeated every order. Thank you Beth! It was a great family experience.
